We ship worldwide. Unfortunately, at this time we do not ship to Russia.

When will I know when my order has been shipped?

Once your order has been shipped an email confirmation will be sent to you with the tracking number.

United States/Canada – USA/Canada: 3-7 business days

International Shipping – 3-7 business days

Do I have to pay for shipping?

Customers are responsible for all import duties and taxes (if applicable).

 How do I track my order?

You will automatically receive an e-mail notification with the tracking number once your order has been processed and shipped.

What can I do if I make a mistake with my order?

Orders are usually processed the next business day. If you need to change or cancel your order, please email us at info@blvcksaints.com with your order number in the subject line and we will try our best to accommodate your request.

What if I haven’t received my package?

  2. Contact your local post office to see if they have it held for you (always provide your tracking number to them)
  3. If you still cannot locate your package, contact us at info@blvcksaints.com with your order number in the subject field.
 I have received the wrong item, what should I do?

If you have received the wrong item we will assist you as quickly as possible. Please contact as at returns@blvcksaints.com with your order number in the subject field.

What is your return policy?

You will have 30 days from the date that you receive your products.Exchanges are processed as a new order. You will be provided a store credit for the value of the returned merchandise. All items must be returned in the original condition as received. We regret to inform you that we cannot accept worn, washed, or damaged items, including stains and odors. Shipping charges on exchanges or returns are the responsibility of the customer.
When you ship a product to us for a return/ exchange please provide a tracking number to returns@blvcksaints.com If your item is lost in transit during the return/ exchange process Blvck Saints Inc. will not be responsible.

Store credit will only be issued once your merchandise is received by Blvck Saints Inc.
